RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY


Returns:

Here at Chumleighs we are proud to offer a 30 Day Working-Copy Guarantee on all of our products. What this means is that should you purchase a movie, game, CD or console that does not work or a component that isn't functioning (such as a controller, charger, AV or HDMI cable) bring it back to us with the receipt as soon as possible.  We will be happy to take a look and exchange it for a working one. 

If you live a distance from our store, feel free to call us, email or message on Facebook the moment you discover any issues. As long as we know ahead of time when you will be able to make it in, it makes things much easier on our staff. Additionally, if you happen to live closer to our Belleville location, feel free to give them a call and inquire if they are able to make the exchange for you.

Exchanges:

It happens all the time - you come into our store and pick up a movie or game to add to your collection and wouldn't you know it? You get home and you realize you already own a copy! When this happens, feel free to return to us armed with the item you purchased, your own copy and the receipt. We will happily allow you to exchange the item for something else in store.

If you have purchased an item and simply decide you don't like it, we are unable to offer a full exchange. Everyone's tastes are different - we can guarantee the item itself is working but not whether you will enjoy playing it/watching it. In this event, we do welcome you to sell the item back to us.
